Technical Boxing: Saturdays, 9-10 AM at Katherine Warington School Dance Studio

For a deeper dive into the science and strategy of boxing, join us on Saturday mornings at the Katherine Warington School dance studio. This class takes a more measured approach, emphasising the theoretical aspects of boxing, from footwork and stance to defensive and offensive strategies required in competitive bouts. It's a slower-paced, yet highly informative session perfect for refining your skills. Plus, there's an opportunity to spar, offering a practical application of your learning for those interested.
